Dear HARTS Academy Parents and Guardians,

You are invited to join us for our Annual School Site Council (SSC) Parent Election Meeting.

Parent participation is an important part of our school community. Each year, we hold elections to select parent representatives who will serve on our School Site Council and provide a valuable parent voice in decisions regarding our school’s programs, priorities, and resources.

HARTS Academy is excited to welcome you to "Back to school night" on September 3rd from 5:00–7:00 p.m. This special evening is an opportunity to meet teachers and staff and experience the spirit, pride, and strong sense of community that make HARTS such an exceptional place to learn and grow.

What is High-Dose Tutoring?

High Dose Tutoring is targeted, individualized extra learning time in a small
group (3–5 students) that occurs at least 3 times a week, in 45-minute
sessions, for at least 10 weeks that aligns with the classroom curriculum but is
not homework help.

Please make every effort to be at school and arrive on time. It is very important that all students have their picture taken, as these photos will also be used for your student ID.

Students, your student ID is an important part of being on campus and may be needed for school activities, events, and other school-related purposes.
