welcome to Hearts Academy Academy Get The Best of Both Worlds the extracurriculars of a large Comprehensive High School with the academics of a smaller learning environment students can choose to focus on a specific pathway such as performing and visual arts or Business and Entrepreneurship and computer programming it's forced me to come out of my shell and to be good at public speaking and speaking in front of crowds which I was super shy and super I care about doing but heart is kind of help me to find my voice and find my place and be able to stand up for myself all class sizes with both honors and AP 100% graduation rate with over 80% of graduating seniors attending college and prestigious universities in homeroom which essential life skills such as personal finance career exploration and interpersonal relationships are dedicated and committed teachers come early and stay late to provide free tutoring to any student who wants it we believe that students learn by doing our project-based curriculum has teachers using in-depth and rigorous classroom projects and simulate we believe it is better to be one of few than one of many a small school environment gives students the opportunity to connect with their teachers and work towards a personalized learning plan didn't participate in a multitude of extracurricular activities and Athletics on the Narbonne complex Visual Arts Student Self expression is developed through high-level instruction and hands-on experience in addition Hearts has many student-led clubs the dance but when I did come over here I got opportunities like a ballet scholarship because of an amazing teacher everyone hears himself and that's what I love about hard no one judges Everyone likes their own person and that's why I left me here we focus on the social emotional health of our students at Hearts no student falls through the cracks teachers and students practice mindfulness which decreases Stress and Anxiety improve self-esteem and self-regulation in how to beat the sense of calm parts has a successful career counseling program where students provide emotional support to other students or students are able to share personal matters with one of their peers and a safe and confidential relationship I'm just a lot about being somebody of Integrity someone who you are proud of and someone that makes your family proud that really resonates with our student Hearts is more than cool it is a family a learning community where every teacher treat kids like their own son or daughter the heart campus create an environment where students feel safe care for and expectations are set High our mission is simple Red Bull Heart Academy saves and improves lives
